1. Order Cancellation

Product can be returned within 3-5 days.

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier) by contacting our customer care at +91 9834127626.

  • After Dispatch:
    Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy if applicable).


2. Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    Refunds are issued only for orders that are:

    • Cancelled before dispatch.

    • Returned due to damaged/defective items, wrong product received, or other valid reasons approved by our team.
      Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 3-5 days.

  • Mode of Refund:
    Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If only part of an order is returned, the refund will cover only that portion.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Certain items, such as sale/clearance items are not eligible for refund unless received in a damaged condition.


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeline:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider.

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider as processing may take time.
