1. Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • In some remote or special zones, delivery may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • COD Shipping: COD charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

  • You can track your order through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across India using trusted courier partners.

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.

5. Delays in Delivery

  • While we aim to deliver within 5–7 business days, delays may occur due to:

    • Unforeseen logistics or courier issues.

    • Public holidays, strikes, or natural calamities.

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. You may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping.
