Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference, if applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Anti-Tarnish Jewelry Care

Our anti-tarnish jewelry is designed for long-lasting shine. However, improper handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or physical damage is not covered under the return policy.
